Refund and Warranty Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we would be happy to assist in processing a return within 30 days of when you receive it.

How to return your product

  • To begin the return process, contact us at hello@getweeday.com and let us know why this order didn’t work out

  • Once the request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label

  • Please ship the product back within 14 days of approval

  • Upon completion of our quick inspection, we'll initiate your refund

Conditions for returns

  • We'll happily refund unused items in their original, undamaged packaging

  • All original contents must be included

  • All shipping fees are excluded from the refund

  • Products marked as ‘final purchase’ are not eligible for refunds

Refund processing time

Refunds may take a maximum of 40 days to complete, depending on the payment method you used. 

30-day Warranty

This warranty covers defects that appear within 30 days from the date of receipt. If something’s not right, contact us at hello@getweeday.com for a quick resolution. We’ll cover the cost of replacement parts, though shipping and handling fees might incur depending on the situation.

Lifetime Service

For damaged or lost parts after the 30-day warranty period, we provide discounted replacements. Please note that handling and shipping fees will apply to our Lifetime Service. Contact us anytime at hello@getweeday.com—we are dedicated to maintaining your piece for its lifetime!
