We provide fast and efficient shipping for our customers.
How It Works?
A confirmation email will be sent out when you order. Order processing can take up to 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once confirmed, the product will be shipped out immediately. Weekends and holidays don’t count as business hours. Once the order has been processed you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Shipping Information & Price
- All of our products are shipped from California, United States.
- Pricing and transit time are available upon checkout.
- All items are shipped via reliable carriers and are packaged with secure packaging to ensure their safe arrival.
- Free shipping is available for purchases over $100 (standard shipping for U.S. Domestic only)
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, and are actively expanding our international shipping.
- Tracking is provided for all orders, so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
- Please be aware that custom taxes might occur, depending on the country you are based in.
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO Address
We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes due to the risk of loss.
While we don’t recommend receiving the products through APO, FPO, and DPO addresses:
- If you still wish to receive it, it could take up to 45 business days.
- Please be advised that if the items are confiscated, it is the recipient’s responsibility.
Discreet Shipping
We ship our products in a non-labeled box, so you can receive the product without any issues.
Navidium Shipping Protection
- Navidium Shipping Protection is added to your cart to cover losses from theft, loss, or damage by default. This insurance does not cover failures due to incorrect or insufficient addresses.
- If you do not wish to have this protection, you could remove it before proceeding to checkout.
- Note that once opted in and the purchase is completed, the protection fee is not refundable.
Damaged items
If your products arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@getweeday.com within 7 days of receiving them. After inspection, we'll provide replacements as necessary.
Missing, Stolen, or Unable to Locate Shipments
- If the shipment tracking status shows "Delivered" and you cannot locate the shipment, we understand the frustration this may cause. Weeday cannot be held responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen after being marked as "Delivered," unless Navidium Shipping Protection was purchased.
- With Navidium Shipping Protection, contact the carrier to file a claim and send us the claim form at hello@getweeday.com. Upon validating the claim, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout, we are happy to facilitate a reshipment. However, it is important to note that any costs associated with the reshipment will be borne by the customer. Delivery failures due to address errors will not be covered by Navidium Shipping Protection. Please ensure your address details are accurate to avoid any unnecessary delays or expenses.
