Featured FAQs
All of our pieces come with a 30-day warranty. This covers any damage that could have occurred due to a manufacturing defect. If your piece has broken due to a manufacturing defect please contact us with a photo or video of the damage so we can send a replacement.
- We accept returns for unused products that you’re unhappy with within 30 days of receipt.
- Please note the item must be unused and in the original packaging.
- If you would like to start your return please email us at hello@getweeday.com and let us know why it didn’t work out for you.
- Once the return request is approved we will email you a prepaid return label.
- The cost of the return label, original shipping cost, and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If you wish to not use a prepaid return label and return your order on your own please let us know and we will provide the return address. When the return is sent please provide us with the tracking details so we can follow your return.
- If you choose to send your return with your own shipping method, just the original shipping cost and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If your return needs any packaging refurbishment the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Once your return is delivered back to us we will process your return and issue your refund within 5 business days. When your refund is issued you will receive an email confirmation with your refund details.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to fully settle into your account.
- We currently are not able to process exchanges.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Our facility does not operate during weekends or holidays. Once shipped, packages generally take 4-8 business days to arrive at their destination. However, shipping times may vary depending on factors such as carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The estimated delivery date provided at checkout is only an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive exactly within the estimated timeframe.
- First, we recommend reaching out to your local USPS post office as they will have more information on the details of your delivery. They may even be able to provide the GPS coordinates of where your package was placed. Googling “Your zip code USPS” will help find your local USPS post office and their phone number.
- If your post office could not locate the package, go ahead and file a lost package claim.
- If you have the Navidium Shipping Protection, please email us at hello@getweeday.com and provide the lost package claim ID. Once we have the lost package claim ID, we will send out your replacement.
- If you do not have the Navidium Shipping Protection, please still shoot us an email with your claim ID! We can’t send out a replacement, but we still want to help out!

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear your piece has broken! While this isn’t covered under warranty we still want to help out! Please contact us with a photo of the broken piece and we’ll hook you up with a discount on a replacement.
Order Issues
If you put in the wrong address please email us ASAP at hello@getweeday.com. Once your order has been handed over to USPS we are not able to make any changes to the shipping address.
No problem! Please reach out to us at hello@getweeday.com and we can assist you there. Please reach out to us as soon as possible as we cannot edit your order once we create the shipping label.
If you wish to cancel your order please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@getweeday.com. Once we ship your order we cannot cancel it.
Of course! If you received your piece and something is broken please contact us with a photo of the broken item within 7 days of delivery and we’ll happily send out a replacement.
Of course! If something is missing from your order we first ask you to do a quick double check of the wrapping paper, corners of the mailer, or bottom flaps of the box. Little things like brushes or pokers can get tangeld up in those areas. If they're still not there please shoot us an email and we'll make this right!
Product Information
They are! Most of the glass pieces between our bubbler and bong pieces are interchangeable. So if you want a bubbler tube on a bong base, or vice versa, you can do so. Note: The bottom covers in our Bong Cover set do not fit on our bubbler base.
A little bit! Our iridescent coating is a bit delicate so we don’t recommend using any abrasive cleaners or scrub brushes on the outside of the glass. We also don’t recommend putting our iridescent glass in the dishwasher. The coating is only on the outside so you’re free to clean how you need on the inside! Check out our iridescent cleaning guide on YouTube for more tips.
Our downstems, bong bowls, and bubbler bowls are all 10mm.
While we love our ice catcher for smoother hits, we don’t recommend putting your bong or pipe directly in the freezer as this can compromise the glass. If you want a smoother hit with your pipe we recommend our pipe filters!
The Bong is 12 inches tall with a bottom diameter of 4.5 inches.

Yes! All of our orders are shipped in plain brown shipping boxes.
- We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, and are actively tying to expanding our international shipping.
- Please be aware that custom taxes might occur, depending on the country you are based in.
Oh no! If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days and you think it might be lost in transit please send us an email so we can ask USPS to look into this for us.
